You have to invest in the RIGHT support system.

You have to build a team that knows what they’re doing and has your back even when you struggle to have your own back.

You need to inspire with a vision that makes it so that they work to build that vision, instead of working for a paycheck.

And this doesn’t happen unless you have a strategic plan.
